This course enables students to acquire the necessary knowledge in the area of company law, in particular the general rules applicable to all business entities as well as specific rules relating to corporate shapes most frequently used in economic life. ContentsThis course covers the Swiss company law by a theoretical and practical approach. The commercial companies, the commercial register and business names as well as accounting law are first studied. Then, the various shapes of commercial companies are covered by a uniform approach in order to ensure their comparison and to highlight their particularities. This course is taught in French.
