Objectives

This course is designed for students that aim jobs in the financial industry or finance jobs in large corporations. The objective of the course consist in providing students with the necessary tools for understanding the determinants of corporate policies as well as their effect on firm value. The course mainly focuses on financing, investment, payout, and risk management policies.
