Objectives

Acquire the knowledge of legal mechanisms of corporate financing whether by equity or debt. Know main financing sources and structures as well as terminology

The lesson describes the sources of financing, means, usual terms and risks. We study the external financing, company's control, share purchase agreements and shareholders agreements, usual terms of loan agreements. An overview of crowdfunding is also taught. There will be exercises and presentations of cases.
