ObjectivesHuman resources management (HRM) focuses on an essential component of organizations, that is to say the employees. HRM has a profound impact on all those who are involved with the organization and on organizational performance. The course focuses on the concepts and techniques of efficient human resources management. The aim is to know, understand, be able to analyse evaluate and use the notions and management tools available to human resources teams. Contents
