ObjectivesThe purpose of this class is to enable the students to resolve legal cases and to draft legal memoranda in a formally adequate manner on the basis of appropriate legal research. ContentsThe course is divided into three parts. The first part, essentially theoretical in nature, is an introduction to legal methodology (lessons 1-4). In the second and third parts, on the contrary, a concrete approach is adopted, based on cases (part B) or drafting of a brief on a selected topic (part C), mostly in corporate law. Parts B and C are dedicated to exercises and require the active participation of the registered students.
