Business model innovation @ Unitec
Talk given in the seminars entitled “Valuation of research”, on Technology Transfer and Start-ups, organized by Unitec (website).
This talk aims at learning about and applying a practical visual language to describe, challenge, and design business models. The business model canvas will be illustrated by powerful examples of business model innovation, such as Nespresso, Cirque du Soleil, SunEdisson and many more.
