Workshop and masterclass on business model at Zurich

The workshop and masterclass series (website) connect people from around the world, gives hands-on knowledge, and makes experts out of beginners in business model innovation. The workshops consist of a mix of practical activities, theories, and examples that help the attendees better understand business model innovation by listening, seeing and doing themselves.

This workshops aim at learning about and applying a practical visual language to describe, challenge, and design business models. The attendees appreciate powerful examples of business model innovation, such as Nespresso, SunEdison, Nintendo Wii, Apple iPod/iTunes and many more. They explore and prototype business models using design thinking and customer development to boost future growth.
