PlugFest International Programming Competition (IPC), created and spearheaded by GDG (Google Developer Group) Singapore and IEEE Computer Society Singapore, is endorsed under the National Infocomm Competition (NIC) framework of IDA (Infocomm Development Authority) of Singapore.
