And how can a people-centered strategy for change transform private and public sector organizations? The first part of the workshop, by Teddy, will give attendees the opportunity to learn about IDEO’s own culture of innovation and how it has brought to life some of the firm’s most notable work. Case studies will bring to life how the methods and tools of design can help organizations tackle their hairiest challenges. Finally, the group will look at how the business model canvas can be integrated into the design process.

The second part aims at presenting the Business Model Canvas for designing, assessing and challenging business models. Business model innovation will be illustrated with examples. Design thinking attitude will also be emphasized for exploring and prototyping business models.
