Master class on “Disruptive Business Models and Design”, for the joint EMBA (web) HEC Montréal and McGill University (more). The master class on BM design belongs to the “The Catalytic Mindset” module.

The master class aims at (a) learning about and applying the Business Model Canvas and the Value Proposition Canvas, practical visual languages to describe, challenge, and design business models and their value propositions, (b) appreciating powerful examples of business model innovation, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and (c) exploring and prototyping value propositions and business models using design thinking and customer development to boost future growth. The mini workshop will be a mix between presentation, q&a, buzz groups, and hands on practice.
