Thesis proposal of Stefan Kleinschmidt on “Service Business Design for Human-Centered Service Systems”, under supervision of Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister, University of St. Gallen

Stefan is developing a design theory and related design principles to systematically design the service business of HCSSs in ICT-enabled service innovations. He also aims at expanding the literature of service design and business model design with an integrated and theory-based view of the two research streams.
