This talk aims at learning about and applying a practical visual language to describe, challenge, and design business models. Attendance should also appreciate powerful examples of business model innovation, such as Nespresso, Cirque du Soleil, and SunEdisson. We will explore and prototype business models using design thinking to boost future growth.
