Masterclass on ’Business Model Design and Innovation’, for the new Master of Advanced Studies in “Business Analysis & IT Governance” (web) at the University of Namur.

The master class aims at (a) learning about and applying the Business Model Canvas, a practical visual language to describe, challenge, and design business models, (b) appreciating powerful examples of business model innovation, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and (c) exploring and prototyping business models using design thinking and customer development to boost future growth. The two days will be a mix between presentation, q&a, buzz groups, and hands on practice.
