Master class on “Disruptive Business Models and Design”, for the joint EMBA (web) bearing the seals of both HEC Montréal and McGill University (more). The master class on BM design belongs to the “The Catalytic Mindset” module.
The master class aims at (a) learning about and applying the Business Model Canvas, a practical visual language to describe, challenge, and design business models, (b) appreciating powerful examples of business model innovation, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and (c) exploring and prototyping business models using design thinking and customer development to boost future growth. The half-day will be a mix between presentation, q&a, buzz groups, and hands on practice.
